When a teacher signs on for the very first time they are told which students and their groups have been assigned to them personally. 

With a shared list, the teacher it has been shared with can’t use the list in a course they wish to create so there is a message: "Warning! Cannot add to course as the following word lists were created by another user"

Creating a browser shortcut:   From the login page, all users will be able to create or download a personalised browser shortcut to the school’s Wordshark Online account. As an administrator, this will help you to create a browser shortcut on all your school’s computers. For students and their parents, it will make it easy for them to create a shortcut to Wordshark Online on their home device

Student Login Stickers: 

·         Administrators and teachers will be able to download and print login stickers for all their students, by choosing the Students Login button in the Groups and Users section.

·         By selecting ‘Student Logins Label Layout’ each personalised sticker will include all the essential information a student will need to login into their account. For iPad users, there is a QR code, which will take the students directly to the website login page.

·         Plus, these stickers can be printed on Avery L7163 labels (or equivalent), so you can simply just print and peel! We suggest these are stuck in the student’s planner/ homework diary for easy reference.

Running Reports:  If you need to run the same report for several students, the last settings used will be remembered during a login session. This will significantly speed up the process of retrieving progress data.

Jigsaw, Salvage Game and Reward Games:  Jigsaw has been optimised to work on iPads and on touch screens. Additionally, following feedback from users we have made enhancements to Salvage to improve the game play. We also now allow users to exit early from reward games.
