Pupil accounts need to be changed by the teacher or the school’s Wordshark administrator via the ‘Groups & Users’ menu option then ‘Manage Students’.
Admin/Teacher accounts: Sign in to your school’s online program, e.g. onwordshark.com/schooldetails and use the ‘Edit My Profile’ option.
- Go to ‘Edit My Profile’
- Amend the necessary details by clicking into the relevant field
- Don’t forget to click ‘Save’ to keep your changes
- A green confirmation will appear
To change the password:
- Choose ‘change’ next to ‘Password’
- You will need to confirm your current password first before entering the new password twice.
- Click on ‘Change’
Choose ‘Close’ to exit from the profile setting
Changing the e-mail if the teacher has forgotten their password
