Forgotten Password - Administrator/Teacher
To reset your password if you are an administrator or teacher
- Go to the sign in page for your school
- At the sign in screen, instead of entering any details click on ‘password’ under the sign in box
- You will be prompted ‘You are in the right place if you’ve forgotten your password’.
- Enter your e-mail address and press ‘Go’.
- You will receive confirmation that an e-mail has been sent:
- Locate the “Password Reset Link” e-mail – remember to check in Junk/Spam
- Click on the link in the e-mail
- You will be taken to a reset password page:
- Enter a new password into the top box
- Type it into the second box to check they match then click ‘Go’
- You will be prompted to sign in again
NB: If you are resetting the password without having used the one-time password sent in your welcome e-mail then the first password you enter will be treated as the one-time password. You will be prompted to change the password again when you first log in.
